Terms & Shipping
Please read our terms and shipping information carefully.
1. Reservations & Deposits
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any animal. Deposits hold the animal for 7 days. If payment in full is not received within 7 days, the reservation is canceled and the animal may be made available to other customers.
2. Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited or, at our discretion, may be applied toward a future purchase.
3. Payment
We accept payments through PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, credit cards and cash. Payment in full is required before the animal is shipped. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
4. Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for animals $1,000 and above. Terms are determined at our discretion. The animal will be held until paid in full.
5. Animal Guarantee
We guarantee our animals to be healthy, captive bred, and true to sex and representation at the time of sale. If you believe there is a problem with your animal, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will work with you to make it right. This guarantee does not cover issues resulting from improper husbandry, failure to provide proper care, or normal shedding.
6. Shipping & Live Arrival
We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid animals being delayed over the weekend. Someone must be available to receive the package at the agreed delivery location. Live-arrival coverage applies when the package is received on the first delivery attempt. Carrier and destination details will be confirmed before shipping.
7. Temperature Restrictions
For the health and safety of our animals, shipments may be delayed when temperatures at the origin or destination are outside a safe range. We monitor weather closely and will contact you if delays are necessary.
8. Packaging
All animals are securely packaged in insulated boxes with appropriate heat or cold packs as needed. Our packaging is designed to maintain safe temperatures and ensure your animal arrives in excellent condition. We take every precaution to ship your animal safely.
